Medical/Legal Evaluations

We have experience working with personal injury litigants and attorneys, as well as testifying about the findings of our evaluation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Litigants will undergo a clinical interview, records will be reviewed and collateral data collected. Testing will typically take most of a day and entail a battery of tests designed to aid the provider in determining if damage has occurred and who is responsible.

Guardianship

Drs. Guay and Keaveney evaluate older adults or those with disabilities for the purpose of determining financial decision making capacity, medical decision making capacity, testamentary capacity, and need for guardianship.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Clients will typically participate in an interview and some testing, which varies depending on the referral question and the age and functional level of the client. Required court documents are completed as requested.
