FAA Evaluations

Drs. Guay and Keaveney have over 15 years of experience working with pilots who are seeking medical certification to fly from the FAA.  They are both certified HIMS evaluators.

Referrals typically include ADHD evaluations, SSRI evaluations, substance abuse evaluations, general neuropsychological evaluations, and HIV evaluations.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Pilots will undergo an interview and a battery of tests, which typically takes from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the referral question from the FAA. Records are reviewed and summarized. Reports are sent to the FAA with a statement of determination of aeromedically significant findings.
