Fitness for Duty Evaluations

We can evaluate employees at the request of their employer when a determination of safety must be made. This can include Violence Risk assessment as appropriate.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The evaluation may be conducted in person or virtually as requested by the referral source. Documentation is provided to the employer responding to questions pertaining to the employee’s mental stability and safety in the workplace. Recommendations for interventions are often made as well.
